How Natural Doctors Cure Diabetes
Here’s a video of Dr. Fuhrman talking about how he cures diabetes:
Â
Â
The Quick and Dirty 30 Day Cure as seen on the show below and written by Mike Adams (former diabetic):
Â
But for the few that will do it, here it is:
Â
Stop eating all refined carbs, eat only raw foods, and start a serious exercise program (At least 30 minutes of vigorous physical exercise a day).
Â
The intense exercise will increase insulin sensitivity, so that you need less of it. And the eliminating refined carbs will stop high blood sugar levels, so that blood sugar lowering drugs aren’t needed.
Â
Blood sugar lowering herbs will help while your cells’ insulin sensitivity increases.
Â
Watch this video to see how others have cured it in 30 days (they may not have even done the exercising part)
Â
The Conventional Drug Prescriptions:
Â
Alpha-glucosidase Inhibitors: These drugs slow down your stomach from digesting carbohydrates so that they don’t metabolize into sugar in order to lower blood sugar. Side effects are abdominal pain, diarrhea, and flatulence. Major cautions are decreased red blood cells, paralysis of a portion of the small intestines and elevated liver enzymes. They also deplete calcium.
Â
Biguanides: They reduce insulin resistance in muscle cells to make insulin more effective and can help patients lose weight. Side effects include vomiting, gas, diarrhea, and bloating. Major cautions are lactic acidosis which is very, very rare but can be fatal. Alcohol should be avoided. They deplete calcium, vitamin B12 and folic acid.
Â
Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Inhibitor: this works by increasing insulin and reducing sugar made by your liver after you eat. Side effects may include headache, nausea, diarrhea, and headaches. Major cautions are abdominal pain. Alvohol should be avoided
Â
Insulin: this is a hormone that your body produces to lower blood sugar. Just as taking other hormones that your body produces makes your body more resistant that hormone so does insulin. This means more, and more insulin must be taken. Potential side effects are skin reactions, changes in distribution of body fat, body swelling. Major cautions are blurred vision, allergic reactions, and loss of consciousness with hypoglycemia. It also depletes DHEA.
Â
Meglitinides: These stimulate the pancreas to produce more insulin. Side effects include all of the flu like symptoms. Major cautions are hypoglycemia.
Â
Sulfonylureas: this also stimulates insulin output to lower glucose levels. Side effects are headache, dizziness, diarrhea, gas, and skin rashes. Major cautions are hepatitis, jaundice, and low blood sodium.
Â
Thiazolidinediones: these drugs increase insulin sensitivity. Potential side effects are elevated cholesterol, sinusitis, fatigue, back pain, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, weight gain and muscle pain. Major risks are heart failure, liver toxicity, anemia, and increased fracture risk in women.
Â
The Natural Prescriptions:
Â
The only long term, safe way to improve insulin sensitivity is by vigorous exercise. The only long term way to lower blood sugar is by overcoming addiction to the diabetes causing diet (white flour products, sugar type ingredients, refined foods) which is just about every commercially prepared food you can buy including “health foods.â€
