Finally, Double Your Energy Levels and Sleep Naturally

Causes

The usual causes for lack of sleep are overeating, indigestion, eating late at night just before retiring, stress, tension, worry, fear of something that might happen, ect.

Cold feet, poor circulation, nervousness, and poor ventilation in the bedroom are also causes.

A constant loss of sleep, whatever the cause, is always injurious to health.

Testing for the Cause

·        Hormonal problems: saliva, blood, or urine test

·        Vitamin and mineral deficiencies (especially magnesium, calcium, B12, and iron): blood test

·        Anemia: blood test for CBC, iron, ferritin and %saturation)

·        Food and environmental allergies: blood or electrodermal testing

·        Blood sugar balance: blood test

General Treatments

A full warm bath or a hot footbath taken with the herbs listed here will bring sleep immediately.

These herbs will not only produce sleep, but they have many other good qualities: they tone up the stomach and nerves, without ever leaving any bad side effects.

Instead, they act as a tonic to the entire system.

Aspirin or bromides taken for this purpose may seem to help for a time, but as their effect is to deaden the nerves, every dose taken makes the condition decidedly worse, and finally they lose their effectiveness altogether.
