Laws are completely affected by a countries political system. The laws surrounding natural medicine are no different. And the United States has a very interesting political system.

 

You see, in the current U.S. system the elected officials all run for office and are funded by private parties. These private parties “donate” billions and to the political campaigns. And the reason why I say “donate” is because the majority of these high spending private parties are huge corporations.

 

These corporations have stock holders who want to see stock value increase, not donations.  And of course, if stockholders don’t get what they want the CEO, decision makers and board of directors can all get fired.

 

My point is, that these billion dollar donators aren’t doing it because they want to see political change. They’re doing it for one reason: they want something in return. It’s a billion dollar investment in legislation. They are literally BUYING politicians to help them grow their business.

 

 

 

So, what does this have to do with natural medicine?

 

Well two of the biggest billion dollar “donors” year after year are food companies and drug companies. Food companies that make us sick “donated” $16.6 Billion and pharmaceutical companies that pretend to heal the sickness donated $14.4 Billion in one year alone. Now that’s a powerful tag team. And the only way to keep this gravy train from becoming illegal is to buy politicians, $31 Billion worth of law writing politicians to be exact. And don’t worry, they’ve got the supreme court judges in on the money too.

 

Of course, Obama just pulls almost 800 billion out of his pocket like its chump change before congress could even blink. (correction: *Our* pockets)

 

But anyway, when it comes to natural medicine the corporation reps (our government) are flatly against it. They even instituted a government agency just keep things like natural medicine from impeding on their donors’ profits.  This is the True purpose of the FDA.  It’s why it was really instituted in the first place.  At the very best the FDA has become blind to the benefits of natural medicine as “a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the rightous.”

 

And then we’re supposed to all bail out these failed corporations when the house of cards comes tumbling down. Bush bailed them out without blinking. He may not speak well, but he isn’t stupid, he knows who his master is.

 

In short, the United States won’t allow natural medicine to function. They’ve raided herbal manufacturers and revoked licenses of non-conforming practitioners. ”Who pardon the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent.” As it says in Isaiah 5:23.  They’ll shut it down at every opportunity, while less powerful and corrupt countries like Germany are innovating natural medicine and enjoying its benefits.

  

It should be obvious shouldn’t it? Power corrupts.  Even after the American revolution, when you would think politicians would be the least corrupt,

 

Benjamin Franklin said, “few in public affairs act from a mere view of the good of their country, whatever they may pretend,” and again he said, “fewer still in public affairs act with a view to the good of mankind.”

 

Isaiah 1:23: Your rulers are rebels, companions of thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts.

 

Micah 7:3: … the ruler demands gifts, the judge accepts bribes, the powerful dictate what they desire - they all conspire together.
