This was all proven in a study that found women who ate avocado daily lost 10 pounds in 2 months without counting calories.

Studies have also shown that those who have a diet of 35% calories from fats are able to lose weight and keep it off. This is because your body uses that fat for good, but the bad body fat comes from eating refined carbs and sugar, which is in almost every manufactured food you can buy.

These little seed can do many things. They lower cholesterol, reduce inflammations, and even can alleviate constipation and hemorrhoids.

But what about weight loss?

These contain something called lignans that help your liver metabolize toxins. The liver plays a key role in burning your calories. If it’s working right, it will burn body fat and get rid of it through the bile. If your liver is loaded with toxins the weight loss is difficult.
